What is a VirtualSpace?
A VirtualSpace is a 3D Digital Twin of an actual real-world space captured by a 3D camera. The 3D cameras and sofware technology that we use to create a VirtualSpace is developed by a company called “Matterport”. We use this to create the highest quality virtual tours & digital twins on the market.
Where do we offer 3D Capture Services?
VirtualSpace 3D Capture Specialists can reach anywhere in the United States, as well as most major cities of the globe. 95% of the time, we don’t charge any travel fees because VirtualSpace is part of On-Sight 3D Capture Alliance, the network of elite 3D Capture Specialists with global coverage.
How long does it take to schedule a 3D Capture?
In many cities, a 3D Capture Specialist can be at your commercial space as early as tomorrow, but we always prefer a few days heads up.
How long does it take for me to receive my VirtualSpace after the capture?
Once your commercial space is captured, we then process the model over the next day or so. Once it’s ready to view, we run a quality control check. Anything that needs to be adjusted is taken care of, then it’s re-processed. From there, we begin adding things like the title, contact information, labels, and more. Within just a few days, we’re ready to share it with you
What deliverables do I receive?
VirtualSpaces are high quality digital twins that take up a lot of storage, but lucky for you, they’re hosted online. Because they’re hosted online, all we have to do is share a link with you in order to view it. With that being said, what you receive as a deliverable is a direct link to the VirtualSpace 3D Tour (Matterport), as well as an embed code so that you can embed it on your website if needed. The beauty of a direct link is that you can share it anywhere.
Can I have my logo embedded into my 3D Tour?
After the tour is completed, our post production team can have your Brand, Logo, and Contact Info inserted into the tour. This will make it more personalized to your space(s) and allow customers to easily reach out for booking or questions.
How can I showcase my multiuse configurations?
If your space is capable of creating different room configurations then we have a great solution to make clients aware of all your space has to offer.
