SCOPE OF WORK


General

  • You will be required to 3D Scan the entire interior of each location, as well as perform 360 scans outside every exit & entrance for each site.

  • Sites should be accessed after business hours.

  • Scans should be tailored to Verizon’s requirements (you should scan directly in front of each fixture, metal gates should be rolled up whenever possible, doors should be opened when scanning whenever possible, etc.).

  • It will be your responsibility to follow Verizon’s security protocols, such as arming and disarming alarms, making sure to lock all entrances/exits upon leaving the premises, keeping keys in your possession, etc.

  • You should represent yourself as an employee of Datafleet, LLC during any conversations with Verizon employees, including conversations with the Verizon Helpdesk.

  • Scans must be submitted to our Matterport account and finalized within 48 hours – this includes any post-scan work necessary (marking, trimming, inserting 360 Scans to the map, etc.).

    **** Any keys given to you MUST NOT BE LOST. If lost, Verizon will require us to re-key stores for the entire region, which may cost tens of thousands of dollars. We recommend adding an airtag to the key if you have one****
